Yi is the driving force behind Valuable Insight, bringing a wealth of experience from a career deeply embedded in Value-Based Care and business intelligence.
With over eight years at ChenMed, Yi began as an internal consultant focused on medical economics, where he quickly identified critical gaps in the company's BI reporting. Taking initiative, he transitioned into building and optimizing BI reports, which led to the discovery of underlying data structure issues. Not one to shy away from challenges, Yi moved into data management, addressing these structural problems and ultimately rising to the role of Senior Director, where he led the Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Development team.
His hands-on experience spans every aspect of analytic support, from identifying business needs to developing and managing comprehensive analytics solutions. This unique journey has given him an unparalleled understanding of the entire business operations within Value-Based Care.
Yi’s ability to navigate and innovate across multiple domains within healthcare analytics makes him an exceptional leader and a cornerstone of Valuable Insight's mission to deliver end-to-end solutions. Head of Product, Client Analytics Solution
Hollis (Huimin) Huang, MBA
Huimin [hoi-min], also known as Hollis by her colleagues at ChenMed, brings a unique blend of clinical and analytical expertise to her role as Head of Product, Client Analytics Solution at Valuable Insight. With a background as a practicing dentist in China, she possess a deep understanding of healthcare from both the provider and patient perspectives, which laid the foundation for her transition into healthcare analytics.
At ChenMed, Huimin started as a Clinical Strategy and Efficiency Analyst, leveraging her clinical experience to identify critical operational issues and develop data-driven solutions. Her deep understanding of both the clinical and analytical aspects of healthcare allowed her to rapidly advance within the organization and became the Director of Clinical Strategy and Efficiency. In her role as Director, Huimin managed and supported the clinical operations for markets, providing strategic guidance to market leaders and presidents. She played a pivotal role in overseeing the operational efficiency of over 100 clinics across the enterprise, driving improvements that significantly enhanced patient care and organizational performance.
Following this, she switched her gear into Product Management to explore how to provide analytics in a scalable way. She joined other leading organizations, specializing in Value-Based Care Analytics for some of the largest healthcare entities, including CMS, CMMI, and major insurance providers.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Huimin founded an online Healthcare Analytics Training Institute, demonstrating her commitment to fostering the next generation of healthcare analytics professionals.
Her comprehensive experience, spanning both clinical and analytical domains, ensures that Valuable Insight delivers tailored, effective strategies to meet the complex needs of Value-Based Care organizations.
Data Analyst
Sara Wang
Yueyue (Sara) Wang has a strong enthusiasm in healthcare data analytics and engineering, coupled with a deep commitment to improving healthcare systems through data-driven insights. With a passion for transforming complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence to support efficient operations and better patient outcome.
Sara holds a Master's degree in Computational Analysis and Public Policy from the University of Chicago, where she cultivated her analytical skills and developed a comprehensive understanding of how data can inform and improve public services, particularly in healthcare. Throughout her professional journey, Sara has mastered a diverse set of technical tools including SQL, Python, Databricks, and various BI platforms, building specialized knowledge in healthcare analytics infrastructure and medical data management.
At Valuable Insight, Sara works as a Data Analyst/Engineer, where she designs end-to-end data pipelines, engineers automated ELT processes, and develops visualization solutions that help healthcare providers make informed decisions. Her technical proficiency combined with her understanding of healthcare systems enables her to create solutions that maintain the highest standards of data integrity while delivering meaningful insights.
Sara's ability to bridge technical expertise with healthcare domain knowledge makes her an invaluable team member, dedicated to advancing value-based care initiatives and contributing to improved healthcare delivery through the power of data.
Data Analyst
Yuchong Chen
Yuchong Chen brings a strong foundation in data analysis and an enduring passion for supporting healthcare through Value-Based Care. With a background in statistics and a track record of solving real-world problems through data, Yuchong’s journey into healthcare analytics was a natural evolution.
She holds a Master's degree in Statistics from Columbia University, where she built a solid base in data modeling, programming, and analysis. During her academic and professional journey, Yuchong has worked with a variety of tools and technologies, developing a deep expertise in databases, predictive modeling, and analytical infrastructure.
Yuchong’s interest in value-based healthcare grew from both research and practice. Her early research involved evaluating health-related policies, and her practice experiences sharpened her ability to work with complex datasets and deliver actionable insights. These diverse experiences prepared her to contribute meaningfully to the shift toward data-driven healthcare solutions.
At Valuable Insight, Yuchong works as a Data Analyst, supporting value-based care initiatives through data strategy, BI reports, and actionable analytics.

Coco Chen
Coco Chen is a key part of the engineering and analytics backbone at Valuable Insight. She brings a rare combination of technical depth, precision, and user-centered thinking that elevates the speed, quality, and reliability of everything we build.
Coco holds a Computer Science degree from Lehigh University and a Master’s in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University. With formal training in SQL, Python, cloud engineering, data modeling, machine learning, and full-stack development, she represents the modern hybrid skillset that healthcare analytics teams increasingly rely on.
Her engineering strength is matched by her product mindset. Coco builds pipelines that are stable and scalable, dives confidently into complex business logic, and translates analytical needs into clean, intuitive features for our clients. She sees both the big picture and the details, allowing her to design solutions that are technically rigorous and operationally meaningful.
Outside of work, Coco brings the same curiosity and creativity to her personal life. She enjoys figure skating, tennis, and baking, and often shares homemade treats with the team. Since relocating from Pittsburgh, she has also been exploring new coffee styles, bringing a bit of playful experimentation into our mornings.
Coco is a builder at heart, always learning, always refining, and always pushing toward better solutions. Her presence strengthens our ability to deliver analytics that are not only technically strong, but also deeply aligned with the realities of healthcare operations.
